My mac won't start up. i ran a software update and it said you need to restart to complete the install. so i did that and it restarted and went to the install screen. then just wouldn't install, the blue bar got halfway through and then wouldn't go any further. i waited 25 minutes and still nothing. Most of the programs that load when i start my computer won't start. it seems to be files with an .exe estension. don't know why it happened programs won't load or start download malwarebytes and scan with it, run mrt, and add prevx to be sure it is gone..
